Hesienda Beach

The new project Hacienda Beach is located in on the shore of the beautiful bay just north of Sozopol, right next to Zlatna Ribka (Golden Fish) camping site. The residential building structure is built of reinforced concrete and Ytong bricks. The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5 cm thermo insulation; on top of it there is silicone stucco. The inner walls are covered by plasterboard covering/insulation. Fire-alarm detectors will be installed.
